|Recommended: YesVery nice community, quiet, secure safe. We have our own fire police, regularly patrolled. EXCELLENT Management, great prompt maintenance. A hidden gem in the Village, walking distance to the library the downtown restaurants quaint shops. Beautifully landscaped, large mature trees pines as well as lovely flowers in spring summer, large community garden with rich soil. Even deer scamper through. The price can't be beat as no other area complexes offer what is available here, yet rents are higher in the general area than at Village Manor. I've lived here several years have never had any complaint, it's a very nice community perfect for a retiree.
response from property -Your kind words are appreciated!
|Recommended: YesQuiet — Very quiet not a lot of noise from neighbors, in a very quiet and cute neighborhood. Grounds are kept up and clean. Responsive land lord. Apartments are pretty old and dated but they are maintained relatively well.
Thanks for the kind words! We are glad you didn't refer to the landlord as "old and dated". (LOL)
|Recommended: YesPretty decent place to live — Quiet, but kinda hot during the summer. Make sure to buy a cooling unit for the bedroom.
Thank you for your review. We don't enjoy the heat either!

|Recommended: YesLove it here — I have only been here for about a month and I love it Everyone in the office is very nice and willing to answer your questions. There’s some normal wear and tear in our unit but it just makes it feel more homely.

|Recommended: YesVillage Manor is one of the most well kept communities I’ve seen in awhile. Maintenance is always there when needed and the office always ensures that they’re providing the best care possible — Being a young single women, I feel incredibly safe living in Village Manor. It’s quite, well maintained, and all staff and residents and exceptional.
Thank you for your kind words! We like our residents too!!

|Recommended: YesIt truly is a village. — Tenants and staff are friendly and caring for each other. This is the first apartment building I’ve lived in where the maintenance and the office staff remember my name, and there’s a lot of people here Quiet and perfectly located to walk downtown for a brew or to the PollyAnn
Thanks for the great review, Eryn! :)
|Recommended: YesVillage Manor Apartments — Village manor is really nice. It’s very quiet all the time. Neighbors and other occupants are very nice and polite. The area is awesome. I grew up in Oxford and wanted to stay in Oxford. It’s very homie. And it brings back memories for me personally being next to my old elementary school, kinda neat.
Thanks for the kind words. We love Oxford too!
|Recommended: YesBest Complex in Oxford and Orion — The staff is super nice and always get things done in a timely fashion. The outside of the complex always looks perfect. I just wish they had the option for washer and dryer in the unit or a dishwasher.
Thank you for your kind words! We agree!!
|Recommended: YesOlder, established community in the heart of the village of Oxford — Living here is very convenient to local shops, restaurants, and activities. The community has aged well for the most part. In my personal experience, I've had good neighbors. We are a mix of seniors, singles, young newlyweds, and retirees. There is a community garden for growing vegetables and flowers. A pond at the rear of the property provides beautiful sunsets and a variety of wildlife. Upkeep is good and consistent.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts on Village Manor. We like it here too!
