|Recommended: YesLoud neighbors — I've complained a couple of times about someone in my building with 2 extremely loud diesel trucks, always revving the engine. It happens every time he goes somewhere.

While it is never convenient when we hear noises that disturb, we are not able to regulate vehicle noise outside the buildings. Sorry this has been an issue for you. Have you addressed it with your neighbor as well?
|Recommended: YesI love living at Village Manor Apartments — I love my apartment and my apartment building. I have great neighbors. Village Manor keeps up the properties very well. Oxford is such a cute town to live in. The apartment manager Sheri is awesome. She is very helpful and very kind. I wish I could give Village Manor Apartments 100 Stars.

|Recommended: YesBeautiful. nice view — peaceful place to live, and they keep up on the snow removal for both parking and walk-way. Very nice apartments. Landscape is nicely manicured. I would choose this place in a heartbeat.

|Recommended: YesProperty is great but construcion is an issue along with noise — I would tell them that it's a nice place to live. My only issue is that it only takes one neighbor to make living here an issue, as noise seems to me, to be excessive. Design of the apartments is flawed. For instance my neighbors living room is right next to my bedroom. I can hear there TV when I'm trying to sleep bedrooms should be aligned
One of the exciting features of our community is that we have a variety of floor plans to choose from. While this can be great for some, we are sad that you are having an issue with a neighbor because of it. Perhaps you will contact the office and give us the opportunity to earn the rest of our stars by addressing the issue? Our goal is always 100% satisfaction among our residents!
UPDATE: This resident is now upgrading to a bigger apartment where the design issues are not a problem! YEAH!

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Grounds always kept up and my building is very quiet. Night and day from the previous complex I moved from. Haven't had to call maintenance on issues since shortly after moving in but they did take care of my issues quickly. The common areas are kept clean. It's a quiet neighborhood with biking and walking trail close by which makes it perfect for people that into that.

|Recommended: YesI love my apartment, it’s quiet and the neighbors I know are nice. — I’m happy here. My apartment is cute and comfortable. My neighbors are mindful of their pets. Maintenance people are friendly and do an excellent job of keeping the common areas clean. Landscape and snow removal are great.
